Official Rules:

• Must apply and move in between February 15, 2009 - June 30, 2009
• Must move in before the drawing date of July 1, 2009
• New One Year leases only
• Not valid on transfers within a lease term or within the same rental package
• Account must be in good standing and not in non compliance or eviction status
• Original lease holders must be on the lease and remain on the lease during the free rent period in order to redeem the prize. No sublet lease agreements will be honored
• Free rental period will commence a new one year lease beginning July 1, 2009 - June 30, 2010. Any leases that do not already begin on July 1, 2009 will be amended to the new rental period. Vacating the apartment before the rental period will result in forfeiture of any remaining free rent unused and must give a 30 day vacate notice.
• All original lease holders of the free rent amended lease agreement from July 1, 2009 – June 30, 2010 will be subject to all terms and conditions of the lease agreement.
